v0.33.0Latest

Render continued clips as one finished video

Continued-video batches can now be rendered directly from Gallery as one ordered MP4. This release also strengthens video processing, output-quality handling and overall extension reliability.

Full-video rendering

  • Added Render full video for joining every clip in a continued-video batch into one downloadable MP4.
  • Added optional join-frame and shot-to-shot colour matching controls for smoother transitions between generated clips.
  • Added clearer rendered-video filenames based on the batch name and render time.

Improved

  • Improved browser-based video decoding and rendering for more reliable, frame-accurate exports.
  • Improved video previews, thumbnails and Gallery controls for completed image and video generations.
  • Improved Google Flow quality detection so available image and video download options follow the connected Flow account.

Fixed

  • Fixed full-video renders stalling, repeating frames or exporting with an incorrect aspect ratio.
  • Fixed output-quality selection and entitlement checks across Control, Gallery and full-video rendering.
  • Reduced unnecessary subscription-status requests and included additional queue, download and interface reliability fixes.
v0.32.0

Continue video generation from the previous clip

v0.32.0 introduced continued-video generation for building longer, visually connected sequences one prompt at a time.

Continued video

  • Added Continue from last frame: AutoFlow extracts the final frame of each completed clip and uses it as the next clip's start frame.
  • Added sequential generation controls that lock continued batches to one generation at a time for predictable clip order.
  • Added continued-batch details to Queue and Gallery so connected sequences are easier to identify and review.

Video workflow updates

  • Updated the model selector for Omni 1.1 Flash and added its lower-credit 360p generation option.
  • Improved final-frame extraction, reload recovery and completed-video handling.
  • Included additional fixes for video credit estimates, reference handling and responsive panel controls.
v0.31.0

Automation Studio is ready with AutoFlow Ultra

Automation Studio is now complete and available through the new AutoFlow Ultra plan. Ultra members can turn narration, generated images or video clips, and a continuous voiceover into a timed, editable video project without leaving AutoFlow.

Automation Studio

  • Create narrated-video projects and generate scene plans with visual prompts from a complete script.
  • Add project reference images, send prepared prompts to Control, and import completed batches from Gallery.
  • Combine images and video clips, align one continuous voiceover to the spoken narration, and optionally burn subtitles.
  • Fine-tune cuts in the browser timeline editor with waveform seeking, draggable scene boundaries, scene splitting, segment deletion, and video-speed controls.
  • Render finished landscape or portrait MP4 videos directly in the browser.
  • Use the guided Automation tour to preview the complete workflow before creating a project.

AutoFlow Ultra

  • Added monthly and yearly Ultra subscriptions with access to Automation Studio and every AutoFlow Pro feature.
  • Added secure hosted checkout, automatic access activation, and customer self-service subscription management through Dodo Payments.
  • Subscription changes now refresh while AutoFlow remains open. Immediate cancellations revoke access promptly, while end-of-period cancellations retain access only through the paid term.

Reliability

  • Improved voiceover-to-scene timing so visual cuts follow the corresponding spoken narration more accurately.
  • Improved timeline playback after split edits and corrected split-segment trimming and deletion.
  • Fixed stale subscription records allowing paid features to remain available after an immediate cancellation.
v0.30.0

Automation: from narration to an editable finished video

v0.30.0 introduces the largest new AutoFlow workflow so far. Automation is a dedicated production workspace that can take a narration, turn it into visual scenes and image prompts, connect those scenes to imported images or videos, align them to a continuous voiceover, and prepare the complete sequence for rendering. Projects can also be opened in a timeline editor so scene cuts and video playback can be adjusted before the final MP4 is exported.

Automation workflow

  • AI-assisted scene creation: paste a narration and AutoFlow can split it into visual scenes and prepare a generation prompt for each scene.
  • Flexible scene-plan import: scene-plan JSON can be imported when you already have an exact scene structure.
  • Reference-assisted planning: reference images can be added to give scene generation additional visual context.
  • Local Automation projects: project state, scene information and imported media are kept locally in the browser.
  • Numbered media import: import individually numbered images and videos or bring a complete set in as a ZIP.
  • Mixed media timelines: a single project can combine static images and video clips across different scenes.
  • Continuous voiceover workflow: upload one finished narration track instead of managing separate audio files for every scene.
  • Voiceover-to-scene alignment: AutoFlow can analyse the uploaded speech and position scene changes against the spoken narration rather than relying only on estimated clock time.
  • Automatic media fitting: long video clips are trimmed to their scene while shorter clips can hold their final frame to maintain the required scene duration.
  • Subtitle burning: optionally include subtitles in the rendered video.
  • Portrait and landscape projects: render 16:9 at 1920×1080 or 9:16 at 1080×1920.
  • Browser-native MP4 export: Automation renders H.264/AAC video locally and downloads the finished result without requiring a permanent rendering server.

Timeline editor

  • Added an Editor workflow for users who want to fine-tune the automatically prepared video before export.
  • Voiceover waveform and scene tracks are displayed together on a time-based timeline.
  • Drag the playhead or click the timeline to seek through the project.
  • Scene blocks are sized by their real duration and cut boundaries can be dragged directly.
  • Changing one boundary adjusts the neighbouring scene so the full voiceover remains covered without gaps or overlaps.
  • Timeline zoom and synchronised scrolling make longer projects easier to navigate.
  • Video scenes support playback-speed adjustment from 0.25× to 2×.
  • Split scene at playhead: divide a scene into two editable parts while retaining the same source media and the correct source-video position.
  • Manual timing, split and playback-speed changes are carried into the final MP4.
  • Automatic rendering remains available for projects that do not need manual editing.

Audio, pacing & guidance

  • Added optional sound from imported video scenes with a 0–100% volume control; 0% provides a clean mute while keeping the main voiceover.
  • Improved scene-cut pacing with clearer approximate seconds per scene and genuinely shorter cuts when Quick pacing is selected.
  • Added a full Automation spotlight tour that demonstrates Scenes, Media, Voiceover, Render and Editor using a temporary sample project.
  • The Automation demo tour can explain the workflow without creating a real project, consuming AI allowance or changing saved work.
  • Expanded the main AutoFlow guided tour with spotlight highlighting, contextual explanations, progress steps and keyboard navigation.

Improved

  • Scene alignment now follows cumulative spoken audio and nearby natural pauses, reducing drift after long silent gaps.
  • Automation checks usage availability before AI processing begins, so cooldown warnings appear before a loading or generation state starts.
  • AI scene creation and voiceover alignment are protected by project- and account-level usage controls, with remaining cooldown time shown when a limit is reached.
  • Automation progress now provides clearer availability, safety-check, generation, alignment and estimated-time feedback.
  • Reference upload progress is shown directly inside the Automation picker and its controls remain locked until the upload completes.
  • AI-generated scene prompts are normalised into clean natural-language instructions before being saved or sent to generation.
  • Scene/shot prefixes, JSON-shaped prompt output and unusable continuity wording referring to unseen previous scenes are removed automatically.
  • When references are attached, AutoFlow clearly adds the reference-use instruction to the prompt and removes it again when references are removed.
  • Final exports now use a consistent 30 fps output instead of exposing an unnecessary frame-rate selector.
  • The Automation interface now uses the same typography, cards, controls, inputs and primary-button treatment as the rest of AutoFlow.
  • Control view now shows an estimated Google Flow credit cost beside Generate and updates it from the selected generation settings.

Fixed

  • Fixed hosted voiceover transcription requests that could fail because of an invalid audio payload format.
  • Fixed long pauses causing later scene changes to drift away from the narration they belong to.
  • Fixed alignment paths that could bypass protected usage tracking by falling back to another processing route.
  • Fixed delayed cooldown warnings so blocked Automation actions stop before AI processing begins.
  • Fixed corrupted characters appearing in cloud-progress, elapsed-time and ETA messages.
  • Fixed malformed AI prompts being stored as JSON objects or with labels such as “Scene 22:” and “Shot 4:”.
  • Fixed large/high-zoom voiceover timelines creating oversized waveform canvases that could destabilise Chrome.
  • Fixed timeline boundary precision so scene changes occur at the same position shown by the playhead and cut marker.
  • Fixed dragging a cut boundary unexpectedly moving the playhead back to the beginning.
  • Fixed preview sizing so both 16:9 and 9:16 projects show the complete frame in a compact editor preview.

Availability: This release introduced the Automation preview. The finished workflow is available to AutoFlow Ultra members from v0.31.0.
