Terms of Service
1. Agreement to These Terms
By installing or using AutoFlow ("AutoFlow", the "Extension", "we", "our" or "us"), you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not install or continue using AutoFlow.
2. What AutoFlow Does
AutoFlow is a Chrome extension that helps automate bulk image and video generation workflows on Google Flow.
Features may include batch prompt processing, generation queue management, reference-image workflows, automated generation steps, media organisation and automatic downloading.

- You must use a valid account that you are authorised to access
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account
- You may not give another person access to your AutoFlow account

6. Payments, Renewals and Cancellation
Paid subscriptions are processed by a third-party payment provider.
- Subscription payments are handled through the payment provider's secure systems
- Monthly or annual subscriptions may renew automatically
- You can cancel a subscription before the next renewal date
- Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the already-paid billing period
- Refund requests may be considered individually where appropriate
AutoFlow does not directly store full payment-card information.
7. Subscription Management
A Pro subscription may be linked to the Google account email used with AutoFlow.
Subscription management, including payment-method updates and cancellation, may be provided through the customer portal operated by the payment provider.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, a paid AutoFlow subscription is intended for one account and one user.
8. Acceptable Use
You must not use AutoFlow to:

- Use AutoFlow for fraudulent, deceptive or unauthorised purposes
- Reverse engineer or decompile AutoFlow except where applicable law expressly permits it
9. Prohibited Content and Activities
AutoFlow must not be used to intentionally generate, distribute or facilitate unlawful or seriously harmful content.
Prohibited uses include attempts to create or facilitate:

Google Flow and Google's AI models apply their own content restrictions and technical safety systems. AutoFlow does not provide functionality intended to disable or circumvent those safeguards.
Attempts to intentionally misuse AutoFlow for prohibited activity may result in account suspension or termination, including where the requested generation is blocked by Google's systems.
Where required by applicable law, serious unlawful activity may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
10. Ownership and Intellectual Property
AutoFlow's original software, visual design, branding and other proprietary materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
- AutoFlow does not claim ownership of prompts you create

- Rights relating to media generated through Google Flow are governed by Google's applicable terms and any other relevant third-party rules
11. Dependence on Google Flow
AutoFlow depends on third-party services that we do not control, including Google Flow.
As a result, AutoFlow cannot guarantee:
- Continuous availability of Google Flow
- Compatibility with every future Google Flow update
- Continued availability of particular Google AI models
- Specific generation speeds, quotas or output results
- That Google will not change its interfaces, policies or service restrictions
Changes made by Google may temporarily or permanently affect parts of AutoFlow.
12. Service Availability and Warranties
AutoFlow is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee that the Extension will always operate without interruption, defects or errors, or that every generation request will complete successfully.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, implied warranties that may otherwise apply are excluded, including warranties concerning merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AutoFlow will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive losses arising from your use of, inability to use, or reliance on the Extension.
This may include loss of data, generated content, revenue, business opportunities, profits or goodwill.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, AutoFlow's total liability relating to a paid service will, to the maximum extent permitted by law, be limited to the amount you paid for AutoFlow during the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
14. Relationship With Google
AutoFlow is an independent third-party product. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, approved by or endorsed by Google LLC.
Google, Google Flow, Veo, Nano Banana and other Google product names or trademarks belong to their respective owners.
15. Suspension and Termination
Access to AutoFlow may be suspended or terminated where reasonably necessary, including where a user breaches these Terms, abuses service limits, interferes with security mechanisms or uses AutoFlow for unlawful purposes.
If access to paid functionality is terminated because of a serious breach of these Terms, access to Pro features may cease.
Locally stored extension information may remain within the browser until it is cleared or the Extension is removed.
16. Changes to AutoFlow
AutoFlow may add, remove, modify or discontinue functionality as the Extension develops or as changes to Google Flow and other third-party systems require.
We may also update these Terms. The date displayed at the top of this page indicates when the current version was last revised.
Continuing to use AutoFlow after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those Terms where permitted by applicable law.
17. Contact
Support and legal contact information will be made available through AutoFlow's official Chrome Web Store listing and other official AutoFlow channels when available.
